All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order on our website. We typically send out the shipments the same day, or the next day, subject to stock availability.

Damages

We take full responsibility for a safe and comfortable delivery experience. If you receive a damaged carton or jars, please take a picture and let us know on WhatsApp. We’ll send across a replacement.

As for the pickles you have already received, you’re free to eat them or give them away as you please.
